One consultation topic, with one written reply. Each additional consultation or question costs another ¥8,000, including tax.
Reply estimate: about 3 days after payment is confirmed. LINE consultations are asynchronous written readings, not live chat sessions.
English support is available for email and LINE written consultations only. Phone readings and the separate letter service are not offered in English.
Payment from outside Japan
We welcome enquiries from people living in Japan and overseas. Payment is currently by bank transfer, arranged after we confirm the consultation. Please contact us first so we can confirm whether a suitable transfer is available for your location. Card payments are not available yet.
The service price is stated in Japanese yen. Confirm any currency-conversion and transfer charges with your bank before paying. Do not send money before receiving the payment instructions.
Before making a payment
Can I write in English?
Yes. Email and LINE written consultations are available in English. GPT assists with translation, and Asasuzu reviews the consultation and final reply before sending it. English phone consultations are not available.
Is LINE a live chat reading?
No. Send your consultation in writing and receive a written reply later. The estimate is about 3 days after payment is confirmed.
What does ¥8,000 include?
One consultation topic with one written reply, including tax. Each additional consultation or question costs another ¥8,000. We confirm the scope before payment.
Can I enquire from overseas?
Yes. Please tell us your country when you enquire. We must confirm a suitable payment arrangement before accepting the booking. Card payments are not available yet.
What can a reading establish?
This is a spiritual reading based on the impressions Asasuzu receives. It does not objectively prove another person’s thoughts, the wishes of the deceased, or future events. No outcome is guaranteed.
Are there topics you cannot accept?
We do not accept gambling or lost-item enquiries. Readings are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal or financial advice. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before enquiring or booking.
Can I cancel?
Before work begins, the reading fee is refunded in full. After work begins but before delivery, the fee is settled according to the work completed. After delivery, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. Errors or non-delivery on our part are addressed appropriately. Cancellation & refunds
These terms apply to email and LINE written readings. If you cancel before work on the reading begins, we refund the full reading fee.
If you cancel after work begins but before the reply is delivered, we settle the fee according to the work actually carried out and refund the unprovided portion. We explain the amount and the reason. Any cancellation charge remains within the limits allowed by applicable law.
After the reply has been delivered, refunds for a change of mind are generally not available. If there is an error on our part or the agreed service has not been provided, we review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, resend, refund or other remedy.
We cover the bank-transfer fee charged to us when issuing a refund. Before paying, check the payment instructions for the treatment of fees charged by your own bank, international transfers and currency conversion.
We confirm the scope, price and cancellation terms, and notify you before work begins. To request cancellation, contact us promptly through LINE or the enquiry form.
These terms do not restrict cancellation, termination, refund or other rights granted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to overseas customers are respected.
